Everyone is welcome. Experience and age do not matter.
What to bring
Sportswear and shoes you can run in comfortably. We take care of the frisbees.

The clinics are free and there is no need to sign up. We mainly play in the park between May and August; outside those months you are welcome at our regular training sessions. Follow the club on Facebook and Instagram for future locations and updates.

Looking for a company outing or group activity?
Feel free to ask us to run a clinic. For a company outing, team day, stag or hen party, school class, association or simply an afternoon with friends: we provide the frisbees and the coaching, you just have to show up. We tailor the clinic to the group, the location and the level.
