The Scheive Box: discover Ultimate Frisbee in your neighbourhood

At FG de Scheive Schièf we believe sport should be accessible to everyone. That's why we developed the Scheive Box: a simple concept that lets anyone try Ultimate Frisbee for free.

Scheive Boxes with an official disc are placed at various locations around Venlo. Find a box, grab a disc and play a casual game with friends, family or neighbours to discover how much fun the sport is.

Many people only know frisbee from the beach or park. Less known is that the disc is also the basis of a fast and challenging team sport: Ultimate Frisbee — a sport centred on teamwork, fair play and enjoyment.

With the Scheive Box we want to give as many people as possible the chance to try the sport without obligation. No membership needed: just pick up a disc and play.

If you enjoy it and want to play more often, you're welcome at one of our training sessions. The QR code on the disc or information in the box links to details about training, events and how to get involved.

Watch the Omroep Venlo video below for a short report about the project. If you know a good spot for a Scheive Box, let us know — we're always open to new locations and initiatives.
